Give Credit to Human Weaknesses.
Whatever we do, we do for humans. Not for some superhumans, but for our common next-door Mark and Becky, who, just like us, have tight deadlines at work, two teenage daughters at home, a dog to walk, and noisy neighbours.
The least they want is to have another thing in their life that breaks into their well-polished routines, takes twenty minutes off their night sleep, or makes them feel stupid, old-fashioned, or powerless.
Solving the problem is the absolute minimum your product should do. It should do so in such way to present minimal inconvenience to its users and be prepared to handle them with as much courtesy as possible. It is worth keeping in mind that many, if not most, of your users will be focused on something else, and be prone to misusing every single feature of your product. If that happens, politely correct them instead of shouting at them.
